PROFESSIONAL HISTORY

>        Contract Engagements, 2010-Present: Business coaching and process improvement. Contribute to the development of business objectives, strategy, analysis, process development, and overall execution of key initiatives.

>        Phylogy, Inc., (start-up) 2005-2010: Vice President of Manufacturing. Worked with senior leadership and R&D to transition products into manufacturing. Managed contracted resources and a small internal group to produce and ship over 100,000 units as a start-up organization. Worked with customers to define requirements pertaining to design, manufacturing, test, quality, shipping, and support. Defined and implemented lifecycle management solutions and procedures to support production and test. Phylogy was acquired by Actelis.

>        Eagle Test Systems (EGLT), 2001-2005: Vice President of Manufacturing. Led several engineering groups and over 40 engineers in collaboration with R&D, Sales, Applications and Production to develop new products and sustain existing products. Responsible for coordinating internal and contracted resources to produce complex electronic hardware and software sold as capital equipment and used in the production testing of semiconductors for customers such as Texas Instruments, Hewlett Packard and National Semiconductor. Eagle Test Systems IPO’d and was acquired by Teradyne Corporation.

>        Echelon Corporation, 1999-2001: Product Engineer. Assisted senior engineering staff with the design and test of analog and digital circuits used to support a proprietary telecommunications protocol implemented in twisted pair and line powered communications systems. Designed and managed several bench top test solutions.

>        Lockheed Martin Missiles and Space, 1996-1999: Circuit Designer. Member of the Command & Data Handling group. Delivered the design of two circuit cards supporting multiple microprocessors, analog driver and digital communication subsystems used on board various Department of Defense satellite systems.

>         United States Navy Aviation (VF-114), 1987-1993: Avionics Technician and Work Center Supervisor. Responsible for the operational readiness of aircraft communications, displays, and radar weapons systems. Awarded Navy Achievement Medal for performance in Operation Desert Storm and Operation Fiery Vigil.
